Welcome to Patterson/MacKimmie!
Greetings from your Residence Director:
Greetings and welcome to the Patterson/MacKimmie
Cluster!! My name is Patrick Quinn, and I am the Residence Director
(RD) of Patt/MacK. I would like to welcome you to our residence
halls! To the class of 2011, I know that the transition from
high school to college can be somewhat hectic. But, as you will
soon learn, Patt/MacK is more than just a residence hall, it
is a home away from home. It is a cluster that promotes fun and
respect for all students. There are opportunities to expand your
personal horizons through involvement in cluster leadership initiatives
and recreational programs. Also, you will meet and make friends
with students from various cultural and social backgrounds, with
a wide array of experiences. This is definitely a place where
you can add to the quality of your educational life and success.
My role as a Residence Director (RD) is to
assist you in any way I can during this transitional period.
I work with individual students by serving as a resource to confer
with regarding any issues that you may encounter. I am also a
resident of Patterson/MacKimmie. I enjoy living here and I hope
you enjoy living here, too.
Please stop by my office in MacKimmie, room
230A, once you arrive on campus. I am anxious to meet you and
look forward to getting to know you!

Greetings from your Assistant Residence Directors:
Hello! Our names are Lauren Boyd and Andre
Manukyan and we are your Assistant Residence Directors (ARDs).
We are part-time, graduate student staff members who will help
you make the most of your living experience in Patt/MacK. We
assist in the management and operation of the cluster by supervising
the Resident Assistants (RAs) and Cluster Office Manager (COM),
advising student leader groups, and much more! Once you arrive
on campus do not hesitate to stop by our office, located in MacKimmie,
room 233, and say hi! We look forward to meeting you!
