Welcome to the North Residential Area!

Greetings from your Apartment Complex Coordinator:

Welcome to North Apartments, the newest residence halls on campus! Whether you are a new student to North or a returning student, we look forward to meeting you and making your experience wonderful. Our North Main Office is located on the first floor of Building D, room 127.

My name is Abed Jaradat; and I am the Apartment Complex Coordinator (ACC). I supervise the full-time and part-time Residence Life staff in North. We have a very good team of dedicated staff members who are well-qualified and have the necessary skills to help you live a productive life. Our staff includes: an Apartment Manager (AM), an Office Manager (OM), and 19 Apartment Living Assistants (ALAs). Each floor in North has one undergraduate student who works as the ALA. Some of you will be sharing your apartment with your ALA. Your ALA is there to help and assist you in any way possible to make your living experience one that you will be proud of.

I am happy and excited to start the second year in North as the ACC. North is beautiful, comfortable, air conditioned, and most importantly provides an autonomous living style for you. Each apartment has four single rooms, a full kitchen, a furnished living room, and 2 bathrooms. It is a priority for all of us to keep our living environment in North clean and comfortable.

I want to encourage all of you to take full advantage of what North can offer. I want to emphasize the fact that you are here because of very good reasons and I want to help you insure that your living experience remains respected and supported. Please do not hesitate to come and meet me in my office if you can. My office is located on the first floor of Building D, room 121, and I welcome any questions, concerns, or comments you have once you arrive on campus. I look forward to seeing you all in September!

Hello! My name is Carl Ericson and I am the Apartment Manager (AM) for North. I am starting my second year and I am excited and happy to welcome you to North.

I am a full-time, live-in senior staff member. I share the supervision of the Residence Life staff with the ACC. Our goal is to make sure that you get the help and the support that you need.

My office is located on the first floor of Building D, room 120. Please stop by to introduce yourself once you arrive on campus. I look forward to meeting all of you!
