Close to mid-campus lies the Central
Residential Area which is made up of nine traditionally-styled buildings.
All Central residence halls
are coed. In addition, Van Meter Hall has
two female-only floors and one male-only floor; Brett and Brooks Halls are barrier-free and fully accessible for disabled students.
Brett also offers Break Housing (September through May).
