RA VOICEMAIL STATEMENT

RAs and ALAs are expected to initialize, use and check the residential voicemail system provided by the University. In initializing the voice mailbox, RAs and ALAs must minimally use their first name. In addition, outgoing messages and voice greetings must include the RA’s/ALA’s full name and a friendly message. As an employee of Housing and Residence Life, RAs and ALAs should be mindful of the perceived appropriateness of the message by the receiver.
