Completing Your Move-In Reservation (video tutorial)

Beginning August 14th students are required to make a move-in reservation and print their boarding pass from SPIRE. The Move-In Reservation system will become active on Friday, August 14th. Please view the schedule below to determine what time your building is able to select a Move-In Reservation.

*All students MUST print out their Boarding Pass and bring it on Move-In Day. Forgetting your Boarding Pass will add a minimum of 30 minutes to your check-in time.*

10:00 AM All Lincoln Apartments
11:00 AM Crabtree, Dwight, Hamlin, Johnson, Knowlton, Leach, Lewis, Mary Lyon, Thatcher
12:00 PM All North Apartments
1:00 PM Cance, Crampton, Emerson, James, MacKimmie, Melville, Moore, Patterson, Pierpont, Prince, Thoreau
2:00 PM Brown, Cashin, McNamara
3:00 PM Baker, Brett, Brooks, Butterfield, Chadbourne, Gorman, Greenough, Van Meter, Wheeler
4:00 PM Dickinson, Field, Grayson, Webster

What if I can't arrive during Move-In?
Students who are unable to arrive during available Multi-Year Move-In reservation times should contact Residential Life Student Services at 413-545-2100 for instructions.
