Room Selection Process
Current Residents with Medical or Disability Housing Accommodation Needs

Current students seeking a disability or medical accommodation for On-Campus Housing should take the following steps:

1. Call the Housing Assignment Office at 413-545-2100 or email Housing Accommodations Requests at mailto:hsngaccom@gw.housing.umass.edu. Include your name, student ID number, the nature of your accommodation need and your preferences for on-campus housing.

2. Continue to follow any published room selection timelines or processes until you receive specific instructions regarding your circumstances.

3. You will be given instructions for registering with Disability Services, Psychological Disability Services, or University Health Services and information about when you can next participate in room selection.
