Fall 2009 Room ChangeProcess

Current graduate residents wishing to be reassigned to a different room in Cashin can apply for a room change by completing the Grad Room Change Application. Attach the form to an email to grad12month@gw.housing.umass.edu

Room changes will be determinded by priority.

Only submit an applcation if you are seriously interested in moving to a different room. If you are reassigned, and fail to pick up your key by the dates indicated below, you will be assessed a $150 blocked room fee.

Roommate Pull-In Process

Residents with a confirmed vacant space in their room may pull in another Cashin resident. Both residents must visit HAO together and complete the pull-in paperwork. Pull-ins will be processed on Mondays and Tuesdays from September 14 to November 7.
