The
Housing Assignment Office (HAO) is responsible for managing all housing
assignments and processing student
housing requests. Our goal is to provide new and continuing residents
with general information about the housing assignment process, including
room selection, residency requirements, associated rates, fees and
more.
In addition to the information provided
on this website, the Housing Assignment Office staff are available
to answer all questions you may have regarding your on-campus housing
assignment. We strongly encourage students to call our office at 413-545-2100 or visit

is our objective to provide clear and concise information about assignment
policies and procedures as well as provide assistance in navigating
the assignment selection processes.
