Ethernet Services

All residence hall rooms are equipped with ethernet jacks that connect your computer to the campus-wide network for direct, high-speed access to the Internet, e-mail and other computer resources.

To learn more about getting connected to the campus network, visit the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) Ethernet Access webpage.

If you are having trouble getting your ethernet connection to work, visit the OIT Ethernet Trouble Shooting Tips webpage.

If you need help, submit an OIT Help Request.

If you are buying a new computer to bring to campus, refer to the recommended system configurations on the OIT Recommended & Minimum Computer Configurations webpage.

If you don't have your own computer, visit the PC Classroom Operations (PCCO) webpage to learn more about using OIT computers on campus.
